Privacy notice

This notice describes the information collected by this RepeatOak website, an independent venture operated by Ryan McCourt. It covers inquiries and this website, rather than customer data processed under a future service agreement.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the name, email, website, business details, request type, and message you provide, together with the submission time and your agreement to use those details to respond. Do not submit passwords, API keys, sensitive personal information, or customer lists.

For abuse prevention, the form uses a short-lived hash derived from the connection IP address and the current hour to count submissions. The application does not store the raw IP address in its inquiry database. Hosting providers may process connection and security logs under their own policies.

Merchant workspace data

The pilot workspace stores the signed-in account’s Site user ID, store name and website, planning fees, monthly aggregate business metrics, audit notes, experiment counts, and timestamps. Each account can access its own workspace records; there is no team-sharing feature in this release. The site operator can administer the underlying hosting and storage. Do not enter customer identifiers, raw customer exports, or credentials. Owner strategy notes are also stored privately.

Workspace records are retained until the account holder removes them or requests deletion. You can export your records and delete a store together with its baseline, audit, and experiment data from the workspace settings. Deleting here does not change data in Shopify or Klaviyo. Live store connections are not part of this release.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to assess fit, respond to questions, discuss a requested service, manage the inquiry, and handle privacy requests. Submitting a form does not enroll you in promotional email. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising on this website.

Service providers and site features

The site uses third-party providers for hosting, database storage, account authentication, and security. When you sign in, the authentication provider supplies an account identifier and email address, and may supply a display name. Each merchant workspace is linked to its signed-in account; the owner inbox is restricted to the designated owner. These providers process information needed to host, secure, and operate the site. Fonts may load from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary connection information when that happens. The calculator works in your browser and its inputs are not submitted to the inquiry database.

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics to this site. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary security or authentication technologies. The site does not change its data practices when receiving a Global Privacy Control signal because it does not sell or share inquiry data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and access

Access to inquiries is limited to the designated owner through the owner inbox. Inquiries are kept while needed to respond and manage the business relationship. Inactive inquiries should be reviewed within 90 days and deleted when no longer needed, except where a legal obligation requires retention. Abuse-prevention counters expire and are cleared during subsequent form activity.

Your requests

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or ask a privacy question, by emailing ryan@repeatoak.com or through our privacy request form. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Please use the email associated with your original request and do not upload identity documents through the form. Rights and exceptions vary by location.

Audience and updates

This website is intended for business users, not children. Service-specific data processing, audience eligibility, retention, and international transfer terms will be addressed separately before any client customer data is accessed. We may update this notice as the service changes and will revise the date above.
