Your first store, step by step

Sign in, add an authorized store, and create a useful starting point.

Updated November 3, 2026 · Current pilot workspace

What you can do today

RepeatOak combines a monthly store baseline, a journey review, and a place to record completed pilot comparisons. You supply aggregate numbers manually or with a completed CSV template.

Shopify and Klaviyo do not sync automatically in this version. RepeatOak does not send campaigns, identify anonymous visitors, or collect subscription payments. Any hands-on service starts with a separately agreed written scope.

Set up your workspace

  1. Choose Workspace in the navigation, then Sign in. Complete sign-in with the external account provider to return to RepeatOak. Use the same account each time; stores saved under another account will not appear here.
  2. Choose Add a store. Enter a name and the full https:// address for a store you own or are authorized to manage.
  3. Review the monthly fee, setup fee, and number of months used to spread setup cost. These are USD planning assumptions. Saving them does not charge you or change an agreement.
  4. Choose Save store. Check for “Saved to your workspace” and confirm the correct name in Selected store.

Make your first useful record

  1. Open Baselines and save one completed reporting month, including a note about your source and definitions.
  2. Open Journey audit and record what you have actually checked. Start with audience permission, suppression, and purchase exit rules.
  3. Return to Overview to see your supplied baseline, the break-even calculation, and the checks that need attention.

Explore before entering data

The sample workspace uses fictional numbers and is read-only. You can switch sections and review the tools without saving anything. Sample outcomes are not customer results.

A workspace account is not a paid engagement. Use the free audit form to discuss fit, scope, timing, and a proposal.
