Review your customer journeys

Record permissions, suppression, exits, and evidence for each review.

Updated November 3, 2026 · Current pilot workspace

Review the settings in your actual tools

Choose Journey audit in your store. RepeatOak records your review; it does not scan or change Shopify, Klaviyo, or another email platform. Check the actual settings and permitted audience in those tools.

  • Audience permission: document why the intended recipients can receive the message.
  • Unsubscribe & suppression: test that people who opted out or are suppressed are excluded.
  • Purchase exit rules: test that a completed purchase stops the relevant recovery sequence.
  • Cart, browse, post-purchase, and winback: review the journey that exists and identify a useful improvement.

Choose an honest status

  • Not reviewed: you have not checked this item yet.
  • Needs work: you found something to fix.
  • In place, untested: the setup exists, but its behavior has not been tested.
  • Tested & verified: you performed a test and recorded what it showed. This requires an evidence note of at least 20 characters.

Write evidence someone else can follow

Include what you tested, when, the expected result, the actual result, and any limitations. Use aggregate descriptions rather than customer addresses, order lists, or credentials.

Choose Save review on each card you change. Overview uses these recorded statuses to prioritize your next steps. A “verified” label reflects your evidence; it is not an independent certification or an automatic approval to send a campaign.
